Missed a payment

A failed payment can cause real disruption to your production so it's worth knowing what happens if one slips through.

What happens when a payment fails If your payment fails your account will automatically drop to the free plan. This means you'll immediately lose access to any tools not included in free - budgeting, call sheets, scheduling, team collaboration and more depending on your previous plan. This can seriously disrupt an active production so it's important to keep your payment details up to date.

How to fix it Head to your billing page, update your payment method through Stripe and resubscribe to your previous plan. Your access will be restored immediately once the payment goes through.

How to avoid it Make sure your card details are always current in your billing page. If your card is due to expire update it before the expiry date so your next payment goes through without a hitch.
