Deleting your account

If you want to permanently delete your Shotly account you can request deletion by emailing us at Support@shotly.io with the subject (Account Deletion)

What happens when you delete your account Once you request deletion your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within a few hours. This includes your projects, scripts, shot lists, schedules, budgets, call sheets, contacts, locations and any files stored in your Asset Vault.

This cannot be reversed Account deletion is PERMANENT. Once your data is deleted it cannot be recovered under any circumstances. Make sure you export everything you need before requesting deletion - call sheets, budgets, scripts and any other documents you want to keep.
