Your entire production's contact book in one place. Cast, crew, clients, vendors - everyone your production needs, organised and ready to use.

Getting there Open your project and click Contacts in the left sidebar.

Adding contacts Add anyone involved in your production. For each contact you can log their name, role, department, company, email address and phone number. Assign them to a category so your contact list stays organised no matter how big your production gets.

Categories Group your contacts by cast, crew, client, vendor or any custom category you create. Find who you need fast without scrolling through an endless list.

Linked across your project Your contacts are automatically linked to your Call Sheets, Breakdowns and Scheduling. So when you're building a call sheet or assigning crew to a shoot day everything is already there — just import and go.

Exporting Export your contacts or any linked sheets as needed. Useful for sharing crew lists with a producer or sending department heads their relevant information before the shoot.
