By accessing or using Shotly, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview


Shotly is a pre production software platform providing tools for script writing, breakdowns, storyboarding, budgeting, scheduling and collaboration.

2. Account Responsibility


You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • All activity under your account


3. User Content and Ownership


All content created within Shotly remains the property of the user.

Shotly does not claim ownership of your work.

Users have full control over:

  • Who can access their projects

  • How their content is shared

Shotly does not access or review user projects except where explicitly authorised for support purposes.

4. Data Access and Permissions


Shotly uses a structured permissions system to control access to content.

  • Access to projects is restricted by default

  • Only authorised users can view or collaborate on content

  • Shotly does not grant access to third parties without user consent

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Shotly for unlawful purposes

  • Upload harmful, abusive or infringing content

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform


6. Third Party Integrations


Shotly may integrate with third party services, including Google services.

Use of these integrations:

  • Is optional

  • Requires user authorisation

  • Is subject to the terms and policies of those providers


7. Availability


We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

8. Intellectual Property


All Shotly branding, design and technology are owned by Shotly Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Termination


We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Users may terminate their account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability


Shotly is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms


We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Shotly indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
